Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return or Exchange an Item

Your item must be in its original unopened condition with all packaging, labels, and tags in its original condition to be returned. You will receive a store credit on your return for future purchases. You must return the item within 7 days of receiving your purchase. A %15 restocking fee will be deducted on your refund. You are responsible of the cost of return shipping.

1. Please email info@invisahair.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Exchanges

If your item is in its original unopened condition with all packaging, labels, and tags in its original condition to be exchanged you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. You must exchange the item within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

For all returns and exchanges we reserve the right to refuse if items are returned not in its original condition as indicated above.
